Emraan, shows different shades, but in the struggle between pecks, passion and possession he comes across as a confused soul.

It’s a challenge and she takes it on with a vengeance. The music, however, is disappointing for a Bhatt film, with songs used as patches between insignificant scenes.īipasha looks scarily stunning in this role with only one shade – deep, dark black.

The 3D effect isn’t state-of-the-art, but a few innovative scenes impress. Known as Bollywoods serial kisser, Emraan Hashmi may have decided to do a family film but feels it would be foolish of him to alienate himself from the kind of. With a storyline that’s fairly simple with one-dimensional characters, Vikram Bhatt, dishes out this horror show (which turns ‘horny’ as hell at times) in 3D, with glossy production values (and clichéd elements like the usual fog, kabrastans and howling voiceovers aplenty), dollops of sex, horror and a few terrifying scenes.

Throw in a bhatakti aatma (Manish Chaudhury) and some shocks, shivers and songs – and there you have the third part of the Raaz series. Sanjana is haunted by spells of black magic, and in between shrieks, screams (and yeah, steamy sex too, courtesy Aditya) she loses her mind and heart. She moves over to the dark side – of Kali Vidya (black magic), tantra-mantra, meeting (and mating) with aatmas and seducing her boyfriend into becoming partner-in-crime, with a lot of jism show, sex (and dialogues like, “If you love me you can be stupid for me!” Bah!). Even if that means risking love, manipulating her director boyfriend, Aditya (Emraan Hashmi) and losing Godly faith. In denial of her waning career, the self-obsessed and fiercely ambitious Shanaya will do anything to cling to the last fringes of her career. Shanaya (Bipasha Basu) is a top star who is gradually falling off the dizzying heights of stardom, while hot new aspirant Sanjana (Esha Gupta) is sweeping away movies, awards and the coveted top spot. Sometimes it walks away silently into the dark night, but mostly it screams like multiple orgasms in the vanity van.

Easily seduced by the next hot number on the bloc. That it’s nobody’s ‘keep’ – but everybody’s ‘mistress’. Movie Review: There’s only one raaz about stardom. Ratings :3.Story: Shanaya is a fading superstar who resorts to black magic to salvage her career, and raze rising star Sanjana’s chances at stardom. The only thing that’s truly frightening is knowing that a fourth Raaz film is inevitably on its way. It doesn’t help that the acting is laughable, particularly by the two ladies.I’m going with two out of five for Vikram Bhatt’s RAAZ 3. Bhatt employs all the usual horror-movie tropes like creaking doors, fog-filled frames, and a macabre background score…and yet the film is about as scary as a six-year-old wearing a Frankenstein mask. The first half of RAAZ 3 has a few inspired bits.Post intermission, however, the film nosedives into a morass of clichés including godmen and aatmas and the spirit world, and by this point you couldn’t care less what happens to these people. RAAZ 3 is filmed in 3D but barely justifying the technology, RAAZ 3 is visually flat. Ratings :2/5 Raaz 3 Review by : Rajeev Masand Site:CNN IBN (IBNLive)
